Booking Procedure – 6 Easy Steps

Step 1

If you’d prefer not to complete our online Reservation Form (above) plus our Waiver/Liability release, you can manually Download these below and fax/post/email them to us.

Step 2

Fill out the reservation form. Be sure to read the “booking and cancellation policies” on the reservation form or below on this page.

Step 3

Read, and sign the liability waiver.

Step 4

Either a) provide us with your credit card details (Visa for US$ charges, Visa & MC for CD$ charges) or b) send a personal cheque made out to OnTop or c) do a bank transfer in your preferred currency to an associated account in your home country. To reserve your spot, we require a deposit for 25% of the trip price with the balance payable 30 days before the trip starts.
